Job Summary
  • This role supports Residential Sales teams partnering with management to provide administrative support and manage communication to the local team.
Responsibilities
  • Distribute regular business operations reports to sales team, including sales, performance and operational metrics.
  • Serve as a point of contact for team, distribute memo communications, highlight internal programs and sales incentives, ensuring department receives relevant updates.
  • Monitor data entry into sales databases, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain digital record keeping, including digital sales orders.
  • Responsible for managing meeting schedules, including planning and organizing.
  • Co-host and assist with employee events and vendor visits.
  • Monitor and promote ongoing local incentive programs.
  • Assist management team in maintaining and tracking employee performance and compliance records.
  • Monitor and purchase office supplies as needed.
  • Manage monitored group email accounts, providing timely responses and feedback to customers.
  • Conduct customer follow up calls to ensure quality assurance and provide related updates to management.
  • Assist other sales teams with task, as needed.
  • Perform other duties, as the manager may from time to time, deem necessary.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. College or Technical Degree a plus.
  • 1+ year of administrative or clerical experience in Contact Center environment preferred.
  • Strong PC skills, specifically Microsoft Office; Word, Access, PowerPoint and advanced level of Excel knowledge required.
  • Experience with billing systems preferred.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, strong organizational and logical skills are required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must be able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours: weekends, and overtime as required. Sedentary position, using a computer, must be able to sit for long periods (may stand at desk periodically), manual dexterity required.
  • English/Spanish Bilingual skills a plus.
