We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated scheduler to play a pivotal role in supporting NASA's groundbreaking human spaceflight programs. As a scheduler, you will be at the heart of program coordination, ensuring technical schedules are expertly developed, integrated, and assessed across all phases of the program lifecycle. You'll collaborate with NASA and commercial space partners to ensure seamless execution, offering critical insights and recommendations that drive mission success. Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Development and Management

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute technical schedules in collaboration with NASA and commercial space teams.
  • Ensure schedules are fully integrated across the program lifecycle and adhere to industry scheduling best practices.

Schedule Analysis and Evaluation

  • Conduct detailed schedule analysis to verify proper network logic, critical path identification, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Assess commercial contractor schedule data deliverables for alignment with NASA Best Practices and contractual requirements.
  • Identify risks, emerging issues, and potential schedule conflicts, and provide actionable mitigation strategies.

Program Schedule Assessment

  • Evaluate schedule integration processes and products, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide comprehensive assessments of program schedules to ensure alignment with program goals and timelines.

Reporting and Communication

  • Track schedule progress and generate custom reports tailored to customer needs.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on schedule workarounds, mitigations, and critical path adjustments.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Interface with NASA and commercial space partners to ensure seamless schedule coordination and communication.
  • Support program leadership by delivering data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Minimum Requirements:

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Project

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and target clear and concise message to the appropriate audience.

* Ability to resolves problems, interprets policies, and demonstrates solid knowledge of contract requirements, processes, and procedures to support both technical and administrative contract operation.

* Experience working in environment with the need communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

* Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to perform in a fast paced and dynamic environment is required.

* Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and able to easily adapt to new toolsets.

Education and Relevant Work Experience:

* A BS/BA Degree with 10 years of experience.
