The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and sourcing top talent for leadership roles. Additionally, the Talent Sourcing and Research Specialist will support the healthcare vertical as needed. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs by market mapping, research, identification, engagement, and evaluation of top talent for leadership roles
- Implement proactive sourcing techniques, such as scouting to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Identify and evaluate potential talent pools, leveraging various sourcing channels including various industries websites, social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Provide research and mapping on diverse organizations, schools, employee resource groups across industry verticals.
- Partner with internal recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to develop diverse sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Participate in and organize recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences to increase the company's visibility and attract top talent.
- Foster a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and timely follow-ups.
- Stay current on advancements in talent acquisition technology and recommend solutions to improve sourcing efficiency.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's and three years or a masters and 1 year of experience with executive sourcing.
- Sourcing / pipe-lining experience for high volume staffing and/or corporate recruiting, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successful active and passive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and CRM platforms.
- Familiar with labor laws, EEO regulations, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
