The IMACC Advisor will be responsible for auditing the incoming certificates of insurance, reporting compliance to agents and clients, and assisting in the development of processes and best practices for Advisors. Additionally, this individual will provide client-oriented services to provide support and information to clients utilizing the service. This position is eligible for remote work. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to: Independently audit certificates of insurance and endorsements for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to our client's contract requirements Under minimal guidance, provide detailed and accurate reviews Under minimal guidance, answer client inquiries about compliance matters Follow up with insurance agents to verify policy coverage and cancellations Act as a liaison between agents and our clients Perform client account review Interact professionally and timely with clients via email, phone, and in-person Ensure accurate tracking of communications Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: include but are not limited to: Required Two plus years' experience in Commercial Insurance and understanding of General Liability, Umbrella, Workers Compensation and other business policies Preferred bachelor's degree Acquire and obtain Property and Casualty license within first 30-90 days of hire, unless already licensed, required Experience with MS Office products required (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel) Expert verbal and written communication skills Strong level of comfort with learning and utilizing computer software programs (MYCOI and TrustLayer) Limited travel required (less than 25%) #LI-AS1 The anticipated timeline of this posting is 11/20/2025 through 12/20/2025. Salary Range $52,000 — $78,000 USD Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act. Prior Criminal history will only be considered after a conditional job offer is made and accepted. Applicants will have the opportunity to explain the circumstances surrounding any convictions, provide mitigating evidence, or challenge the accuracy of the background report.
