Quality Assurance Technician

Pay: $18.50/hr during the temp-to-hire period (90 days). After becoming a full-time employee, pay increases to $20/hr, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus!

1st Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and driving continuous improvements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing products, maintaining QA equipment, and conducting critical tests to ensure our standards are met. You'll also have the opportunity to travel to product sources to enhance processes and contribute to overall quality.

• Conduct environmental and reliability tests based on established standards.
• Analyze and repair products to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory and calibration of QA equipment.
• Develop test fixtures and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Assist in setting quality standards and test procedures.
• Inspect incoming products and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in electronics or equivalent.
• 2+ years of test and analysis experience in a lab environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.
