Advantage Resourcing is hiring an experienced Quality Assurance Technician in Chattanooga, TN, to join our dynamic manufacturing team. After becoming a full-time employee, pay increases to $20/hr, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus! 1st Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and driving continuous improvements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing products, maintaining QA equipment, and conducting critical tests to ensure our standards are met. You'll also have the opportunity to travel to product sources to enhance processes and contribute to overall quality.
