Experienced Watch Officer
Eligible for Level II Public Trust
Must be eligible for DoD Secret Clearance
3+ years of professional experience working in operating centers or security support centers supporting incident response situations
Experience working with Dispatch, emergency/first responder environments
Experience working in a 24x7x365 shift environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Ability to deliver excellent customer service both in person and via phone/email
Bachelor's Degree or higher is required DUTIES:
The ideal candidate will be a part of a team providing 24x7x365 security and incident response coverage for a large Federal client
Maintaining a database, tracking incidents, and ensuring reports are timely and accurate
Analyzing data and reporting all findings to leadership and the team
As related to real time events and situations and threats candidates will maintaining situational awareness to response teams
Producing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) imagery to support reporting products
Requesting data from Federal Protection Service (FPS) and DHS entities as needed
Accessing, navigating, and utilizing law enforcement databases such as WebRMS, LEIMS, EIS, HSDN, HSIN, MIST
Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to client
Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
