Richmond Va MUST: The Medical Call Center Rep should have the following experience: 2+years of medical office experience with strong customer service support skills Experience working for an eye center or ophthalmic practice a plus Strong experience scheduling appointments Experience verifying insurance Registering patients Strong documentation skills Ability to troubleshoot phone calls and escalate as needed Documenting and updating patient information in EMR DUTIES: The duties of the Medical Call Center Rep include but are not limited to the following: Answer phone calls Schedule appointments Provide customer service support Verify insurance Register patients Document patient interactions in company database system Troubleshoot phone calls Document and update patient information in EMR Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
