How you will make history here...

The Manager Insights, Beverage drives and influences strategic decision making across the Beverage portfolio. The manager will be a trusted advisor across iconic brands such as V8 original, V8 Splash and V8 Energy each with a unique target consumer proposition, innovation and commercial plans. As a functional expert you will partner with key cross functional business partners to understand critical business questions, create learning plans integrating primary and secondary research, and be the objective voice of the consumer.

You will guide the team on innovation strategy and ideas, activations and communication, selling stories to top retailers, supporting current business opportunities, and driving strong brand fundamentals to ensure the brands meet peoples' evolving needs.

What you will do...

  • Lead through Insights that illuminate possibilities, Inspire Action and Integrate with business priorities.
    • Illuminate possibilities by connecting multiple sources of data and insights to paint the big picture
    • Inspire action through empathy, storytelling, and clear solutions that put real people first
    • Integrate with the business priorities, processes, the Insight team and multifunctional partners
  • Envision and execute the consumer learning agenda to maintain and expand each brand's unique positioning and the expansive portfolio
    • Drive insight-led winning product renovation, industry-leading communications, and best-in-class shop-ability (graphics/shelving) to meet and exceed expectations across key moments
    • Be the voice of the consumer within the category and brand teams to ensure objectivity in decision making and build empathy within the organization
  • Drive innovation thought leadership across the category to develop a strong pipeline within our total addressable markets, from idea sourcing through to commercialization and ensuring in-market success.
    • Identify and screen new ideas to drive the future across the core category pillars
    • Leverage and drive best-in-class innovation practices and reapply across the division
    • Deliver best in class foundational insights that serve as the bedrock for top performing ideas and concepts through the product lifecycle

What you will bring to the table...

  • BA degree
  • 5+ years previous Insights experience (Note that advanced degree may count as additional experience)
  • Data analytics - experience with Circana/Nielsen/Luminate or related insights data sets
  • Proven expertise in driving impact from primary and secondary research
  • Excellent written communication and story-telling skills

It would be great if you have...

  • Master's Degree in Analytics or MBA

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$111,400-$160,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
