This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $50 - $52 / hr. w2



Responsibilities:

  • Identified and consulted on complex IT problems and process improvements of a diversed cross-functional scope to influence process efficiency.
  • Analyze complex technical issues in order to recommend, develop and/or implement strategies and achieve objectives.
  • Advises stakeholders to identify and clarify complex business requirements.
  • Consult and advise stakeholders on methods to achieve customer objectives, business needs and processes / workflows.
  • Participates in industry groups to stay abreast of IT Service Management trends and best practices, with the ability to translate them into recommended solutions and build/revise Problem Management process strategies.



Experience Requirements:

  • Previous experience and knowledge of data center/ global operations and infrastructure
  • Experience using a Problem/Incident/Change ticketing system - (Service Now and/ or ITIL based) (Preferred)
  • Strong communication (oral & written) skills including the ability to translate technical issues/concepts into ways for non-technical staff to understand.
  • Experience communicating with diverse work teams and senior-level management.



Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business Management, Information Technology, or related Information Technology discipline.
