Description: TEKsystems is looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer with Secret clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Stennis Space Center, MS. This position requires the ability to obtain a T5/Secret clearance to support KDS and our government customer. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: -Support DevSecOps initiatives by developing and implementing test-driven security within a CI/CD pipeline -Develop and track Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to address identified security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps. -Able to document clear and repeatable process and train others to be able to perform automated assessment reviews. -Develop and implement security assessment automation tools to support DevSecOps practices. -Collaborate with development teams to integrate security assurance into the CI/CD pipeline. -Conduct security assessments and risk analyses on new and existing software. -Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the creation of security policies, standards. -Develop and document procedures specific to the role -Work closely with compliance teams to ensure continuous monitoring and authorization. -Assist in developing security training and awareness for technical staff. -Stay current with evolving security landscape, industry trends, tools, and best practices. Skills: aws, jenkins, devsecops, devops, linux, kubernetes, cicd, security, gitlab, cloud, red hat, red hat linux, bash, bash scripting, automation, docker, infrastructure, scripting, continuous integration, ansible, software development Top Skills Details: aws,j enkins, devsecops, devops ,linux, kubernetes, cicd, security, gitlab, cloud, red hat, red hat linux, bash, bash scripting Additional Skills & Qualifications: Required Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: -B.S in Computer Science or Security+ certification -Experienced in Amazon Web Services, Cloud Technologies, Cloud DevSecOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Cybersecurity, DISA STIGs, Infrastructure as Code Lot more on the process side, particularly CI/CD (Paul doesn't know yet if they will be building the platform or reuse one) Need to be well versed in different CI/CD systems, including one that's built into AWS as well as Jenkins and GitLab (must know way around all that stuff) Other major tools/technologies: important for this person to know how to work with containers (potentially kubernetes but good place to start talking) Their expectation is that this person knows how to build containers, deploy containers, scan/secure containers, and perform configuration management (so the whole lifecycle) Don't need someone to design the container infrastructure (AWS architect does that); just need someone who knows how to work with it and make sure they're building highly performing and secure containers for deployment Everything on RedHat; Bash Looking for someone versatile Experience Level:* Expert Level Benefit Information Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
