Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anaplan Implementation Expert to join the US-Marketing Strategy and Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan solutions to support our planning, performance, and analysis processes. This role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan models. This is a 10 month contract. Responsibilities: * Lead the end-to-end implementation of Anaplan solutions, including requirements gathering, model design, development, testing, and deployment. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, analytics, operations, and IT, to understand business needs and translate them into effective Anaplan models. * Develop and maintain complex financial models in Anaplan to support performance management, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. * Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Anaplan models by establishing robust data validation and reconciliation processes. * Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Anaplan solutions. Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying model insights and changes to stakeholders * Continuously evaluate and improve existing Anaplan models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Stay up-to-date with the latest Anaplan features and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in our financial planning processes. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Computer Science, Informatics, information Services or related field or equivalent experience (Required) * 2-4 years Proven Anaplan experience with at least 3-5 years as an Anaplan Model Builder, certified at level 3. Certified solution architect a plus. (Required) * Master's/Advanced Degree Data Science, Business, or Analytics (Preferred) * Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, operations, or other relevant experience. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
