Overview

We are in search of a dynamic Finance Business Intelligence Manager to lead our Financial Planning and Reporting team within the Finance and Accounting Department. This pivotal role is dedicated to leveraging advanced reporting and analytics to enhance our financial operations and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of financial expertise, technology-driven insight, and leadership to foster a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities



  • Lead the Financial Planning and Reporting team, promoting an ethos of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and career development
  • Oversee the creation of insightful PowerBI reports and dashboards, driving strategic decisions and improving finance and accounting functions
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Data Management to build robust reporting frameworks and ensure data accuracy and security
  • Lead initiatives to refine and advance financial reporting processes and systems, aiming for heightened efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
  • Cultivate strong relationships across the organization to identify and implement enhancements in financial reporting, aligning with broader business goals


Requirements



  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, demonstrating a track record of effective team management and project delivery
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, and advanced Excel is essential
  • Exceptional ability to analyze complex financial data, delivering actionable insights that influence strategic outcomes
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, coupled with excellent communication skills, to engage and inspire a high-performing team and articulate complex information clearly to various stakeholders
  • A proven history of initiating and successfully driving process improvements and strategic projects, showcasing a commitment to ongoing operational excellence

  • A Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, underscoring a strong theoretical background in finance and business strategies
