Job Details The Director - Program Enablement & Analytics has responsibility for ensuring consistency in process execution and integrity of customer information as well as seamless execution and delivery of Program Management and Enablement solutions. This key role participates in the development and execution of group purchasing specific deliverables including administration and coordination of day-to-day customer operations and implementation of related service. The Director - Program Enablement & Analytics is responsible for leading a team responsible for partnering with stakeholders to understand critical needs and provide expertise and input on key deliverables and processes. This role will provide leadership and expertise in customer onboarding, data/analytics, and account management with a focus on initiatives that empower the team to extract greater value and deliver insights through customer support initiatives and advanced analytics.
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through - an advanced degree or equivalent professional experience.
