Location: For Those Who Work At Home - Various, Ohio 44144ABOUT THE JOB The Financial Crimes Governance Risk Assessment and Risk Controls Sr. Compliance Associate will be a member of the Financial Crimes Governance Compliance team within Compliance Risk Management. They will provide support to the bank's AML/BSA and OFAC Risk Assessment process by researching emerging risks, regulatory focus, and industry-related enforcement actions, in addition to analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data while applying a strong knowledge of AML/BSA and OFAC risks. The successful candidate also has a strong working knowledge of Issues Management including enterprise Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes as well experience with designing, documenting, and testing of controls and performing second line of defense verification of findings within the GRC system. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
