Generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. May create specifications for reports based on business requests.

The opportunity

The Emerging solutions and Partnership team is looking for someone with strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, and experience working with senior leadership and cross functional teams. Our ideal candidate will bring passion, fresh ideas and focus on strategy and operations.

What you'll do

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving critical initiatives to achieve business impact and support the growth of ESAP and Adobe. Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the identification and structuring of critical initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to pinpoint endeavors that drive business impact and yield results through recommendations and insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive-level leaders, fostering alignment across the org and influencing partners to ensure coherence among teams.
  • Challenging conventional practices, exploring innovative operational methods, identifying improvement opportunities, and spearheading requisite changes to enhance process efficiency.
  • Designing and refining ESAP operating cadences, streamlining workflows to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Spearheading program management for critical initiatives, overseeing their progress and ensuring alignment with org goals and objectives.

Overall, you will play a critical role in driving the success of ESAP and Adobe. We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve results!

What you need to succeed

Experience and Education:

* 2 to 3 years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting in SaaS or digital environments

* Preferably hold an MBA and a BS in a STEM field

Problem Solving and Initiative:

* A proven track record of creatively solving complex business problems in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes

Communication and Flexibility:

* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

* Flexibility to pivot and address ad hoc requests or shifting priorities

Interpersonal Skills:

* High emotional intelligence, and collaboration skills to influence and impact all levels

Analytical and Project Management Skills:

* Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while managing ambiguity and uncertainty

Communication Skills:

* Storytelling ability to simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand ideas and communicate across written and verbal channels

Personal Accountability:

* High personal accountability for self and others.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $67,800 -- $150,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
