You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: Sibley Memorial Hospital | Your benefits virtually (mybenefitsjhhs.com) Summary: Responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations of the Women and Infants Department at Sibley Hospital, reporting to the Director of the department. Responsibilities include managing, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day clinical, administrative, and business operations on-site. The Manager will respond to the needs of multiple faculty members, supervise staff, provide coverage, and collaborate with the Director to manage the budget of a growing and dynamic program. Additional responsibilities include coordinating resources to enable and sustain program growth, creating a management structure for continuous process improvement, optimizing EPIC utilization, enhancing communication, team building, conflict resolution, and implementing efficient business practices and service delivery. Minimum Education and Experience: MBA or Masters in Health Administration with 5-7 years progressive experience in a relevant setting. BS with 7-10 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Salary Range: Minimum 42.15 per hour - Maximum 73.77 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
