As Data and Report Coordinator in the Medical Staff Office, you will be:




  • Responsible for coordinating report requests including all aspects of documentation and delivery. Monitors, collects and performs data entry required of the credentialing and privileging process to ensure current state.
  • Drafts, edits, and delivers a variety of reports
  • Responsible for ensuring that expirable credentials are maintained in a current state and that supporting documentation is received and documented in the credentialing database
  • Assists in maintaining Alternate Delegation Agreement Binder up to date for Physician Assistants.
  • Provides operational support for the Medical Staff Administration Department. Manages highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Answers the primary phone line for the Medical Staff Administration Department and greets and assists internal and external customers that present in person to the Department.
  • Assists the Department in preparing for surveys and in maintaining survey readiness.
  • Assists in preparing CME files from meetings held each month.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by the Director, Medical Staff Administration.



Location: Bethesda, MD at Suburban Hospital

Full time Day Shift, Monday - Friday

Minimum Requirements:

Requires an AA degree or equivalent in related field.

Requires strong analytical and computational skills. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).

Two years related experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 24.24 per hour - Maximum 40.01 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
