Casual On-Call, Day shift Sibley Memorial Hospital is a non-profit, full service 318 bed acute care community hospital serving the Washington, DC area.Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley's campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence; a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers; and the new patient tower with 200 spacious, private rooms. The Psychiatric Technician provides care to meet the emotional, rehabilitative, and physical needs of the psychiatric patient under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. Treats all patients with dignity and respect at all times during their hospitalization. Maintains confidentiality regarding the patient's identity and psychiatric condition. Limits relationships with patients to therapeutic activities within the confines of the overall treatment goals. What Awaits You:
Minimum Education and Experience:
2. Current CPR Certification required. ***Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position. Salary Range: Minimum 20.35 per hour - Maximum 20.35 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
