Mortgage Warehouse Specialist is responsible for file-level activity related to individual loan fundings, including file review, wire requests, and customer communication Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as primary day-to-day contact for customer inquiries Confirm receipt of required documents for each advance Verify accuracy of submitted data against supporting documents Execute fraud check, OFAC inquiry or other applicable processes for bank transactions Collect counter-signatures from designated officer(s) Confirm transmission of wires as necessary Back up collateral specialist functions, when needed Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
