Description Summary: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: Associate's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. License/Certifications: N/A 3. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' business office management experience including one (1) year in a health care organization. 4. Supervision of multiple clinical settings. 5. Knowledge of Human Resources, organizational and clinical office policies, procedures and systems. 6. Knowledge of fiscal management, terminology and health care reimbursement policies. 7. Knowledge of computer systems, spreadsheet and financial systems programs and applications. 8. Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives. 9. Skill in analyzing practice operations as they relate to financial objectives, costs and rate levels. 10. Ability to analyze data and interpret it for others 11. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective communication and working relationships with patients, clinical staff, management, staff and the public. 12. Skill in identifying and resolving accounting and financial problems. 13. Ability to encourage motivation, innovation, and high performance. 14. Ability to delegate responsibility and manage staff. 15. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly. 16. Ability to think of innovative solutions to a non-traditional problems. 17. Work flexible hours. 18. Work independently, collaboratively and is self-directed.
