We are looking for a Temporary Rental Coordinator in our Delanco, NJ office. Your mission as Rental Coordinator is to be the customer contact point on rental equipment, managing existing customer accounts, generating sales by answering calls and solving problems, issues, and concerns of customers, following up as needed to ensure resolutions, as well as coordinating documents and maintains customer-tracking data with focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Should keep update on all rental equipment features and applications. Implements quality process improvements that focus on safety, operations, and customer service, as well as being responsible for the follow activities:




  • Creating reservations and rentals in the system along with the paper to go along with it.
  • Researching and locating equipment for the salespeople as needed.
  • Assisting with AR (Accounts Receivable) and following up with customer's past due invoices.
  • Assisting with creating purchasing orders for vendors and helping to process invoices.
  • Maintain and update expiring rental contract return dates as needed.
  • Support with Logistic arrangements.



Location: This position is located in Delanco, NJ and will report to the Operations Manager.

Experience Requirements: Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, and/or rental business.

Education Requirements: High school degree or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements: Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, kneel.

Knowledge: Effective verbal skills, selling practices and techniques. Knowledge on applicable Atlas Copco Rental equipment is required. Excellent customer service skills and effective verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be proficient on various computer software programs such as Office 365.
