CLIENT / INDUSTRY

* Biopharmaceutical

LOCATION and TRAVEL

* King of Prussia, PA

* Must be located in NJ / PA / MD area in order to travel to King of Prussia, PA and minimize travel costs

* Estimated 25% on site

• All travel expenses will be covered at cost and receipt required. Looking for local resource so travel cost should be minimal

RESOURCES and DURATION

* Target start date: November 2024

* Term: Full Time / 40 hours per week

* Duration: 2 years

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

* Pharmaceutical experience - a plus

• Experience with OCM consulting to include:

o Identifying organization change requirements

o Assess organization readiness

o Perform stakeholder analysis

o Perform impact analysis

o Perform gap analysis

o Conduct change readiness assessment

* Once change analysis complete, continue to drive change within organization based on client needs

* Ability to work with client and project teams

* Veeva experience - a plus
