Manage the team Major Gift Strategy Meeting (MGSM): call for/assembling agenda items, guest invites and coordination, set-up technology for hybrid, take and distribute meeting highlights and next steps Process travel expenses Request, assemble and distribute weekly scheduled prospect/donor visits Prospect/donor visit /event logistical support: create name tags, packets, reserve rooms, parking, food/beverages, gather and wrap gifts, etc. Communication about Major Gift engagement opportunities, invitee list suggestions and review, liaise with alumni relations and engagement team members Other administrative support Preferred Qualifications Required: Previous NU work experience (NU Financials, Catracks); Microsoft Office suite; strong writing and verbal communication; collaborative work style Software Required: MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
