Job Title: Account Representative Job Description As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing outbound calls to collect on deceased debt, following established policies, procedures, and training guidelines. You will be expected to meet daily collection goals and productivity standards, maintain a queue of accounts with regular review and follow-up, and conduct fact-finding conversations to locate estate information and identify potential money sources. Additionally, you will establish payment arrangements with urgency, skip-trace accounts according to training, and assist in special projects as needed. Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to collect on deceased debt following established policies and procedures. * Meet daily collection goals and productivity standards. * Maintain a queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls, and miscellaneous follow-up work. * Conduct fact-finding conversations to locate estate information and identify potential money sources. * Establish payment arrangements with a sense of urgency and firm deadlines. * Skip-trace accounts according to established practices provided in training. * Assist in special projects as requested. Our culture is very calm and laid back, and we have 65+ employees at this location. The dress code is casual, and we leave early on Fridays. The hours are 1st shift with specific team schedules provided. There is also an alternate location in Coon Rapids for candidates closer to the north side.
