Responsibilities

The Lease Administrator will provide ongoing lease administration of real estate lease transaction activities for portfolio of medical office properties. Coordinate field resources and other required documents in the execution of lease renewals, new leases, early lease termination, subleasing, and more. This individual will be coordinating and collaborating with internal and external members consisting of lawyers, paralegals, and office staff. Moreover, able to self-monitor progress according to the scheudle of completion to submit draft requests and documents in a timely manner.



Qualifications

Required qualifications:

1. Understanding of contracts within leasing and property management functions.
2. Strong organizational, and time management skills to multitask on several projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent analytical skills and ability to see how details connect to the broader picture.
4. Collaborative teammate with capacity to work independently in a dynamic and face-pace environment.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, prioritize, meet deadlines, and be resourceful and flexible, while maintaining absolute professionalism and a customer service mindset.
6. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel in particular)

Preferred qualifications:

1. Experience in research tools such as: Co-Star, CoreLogic and Real Capital Analytics.
2. Prior experience with YARDI, MRI, and/or other accounting software is a plus but not required.
3. Familiar with property management software preferred but not required.
4. Understanding with Stark and Anti-kickback compliance is a plus.
5. Bachelor's degree.
6. A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial real estate industry such as leasing, due diligence, and property management.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $66,560.00 to $103,542.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
