Overview of the Position: Receive parts from customers and/or vendors, and other material from suppliers. Inspect all items for damage. Perform necessary inspection procedures to insure that incoming parts meet all required specifications and standards. Prepare repair documents utilizing computer software and required procedure(s). Become competent in the use of measuring devices and hand tools. Become familiar with ISO policy and procedures. Maintain inventory and appropriate stock levels. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
