As a Calibration Technician, you will perform deadweight and transducer-to-transducer calibrations in the Calibration Lab. You will execute transducer repairs when needed and maintain a compliant Quality Assurance system. Our Calibration Technicians conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure conformance to established calibration standards. You will utilize calibration software and diagnostic tools to identify faults or non-conformance and track the results.

You will be based in the office in Auburn Hills, MI. The schedule for this position is 1st shift, 4 10-hour shifts.

What we expect of you




  • A High School diploma or GED is required
  • Experience performing QC verification of completed repairs
  • 2 years' experience in metrology with a preference for torque experience
  • Torque theory and fastening knowledge with experience diagnosing and repairing pneumatic and electrical power tooling preferred
  • Understanding of tool or instrument calibration processes
  • Ability to read schematics and ensure quality evaluations, repairs and craftsmanship
  • Equipment troubleshooting experience is preferred
  • Attention to detail and strict dedication to procedural accuracy
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
