We are looking for an Enterprise Technology Leader to help drive execution, focus and compliance on security and identity related activities within KeyBank's infrastructure. This candidate utilizes technical experience, business acumen, delivery, and leadership skills to lead a cross-function team that includes contractors, consultants and employees. The candidate will be responsible for program management and implementation of project deliverables associated with secure keys and identity management. You'll have the opportunity to provide updates to senior management on the overall program health, share process improvements and drive towards ensuring controls are in place for compliance.This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver automated, sustainable and secure practices across the technology organization and partner with internal technical leaders to drive implementation of automated security controls.If you are passionate about technology automation, security, and working with an energized and highly motivated set of individuals, this role is for you!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Program management role for secure key and identity management compliance efforts.
  • Responsible for driving, streamlining, and improving the secure key management processes.
  • Ensure established controls are in place for compliance.
  • Provide monthly updates on overall program effectiveness, gaps that require attention and recommended actions to C-Level management.
  • Ensure policies, standards and procedures are aligned.
  • Drive discovery tools to identify and manage keys.
  • Responsible for delivering process improvements and recommendations.
  • Provide day-to-day governance and direction to team members.
  • Improve the security posture of the organization by identifying and mitigating business risks and threats including identification of emerging risks to the domain and revisiting past risks to ensure controls continue to be effective.
  • Responsible for partnering with critical stakeholders, including Security, Finance, and IT Infrastructure to ensure alignment with requirements, seek to understand gaps and opportunities.
  • Manage multiple and/or complex vendor relationship(s) including partnership negotiations, development, support, and maintenance.
  • Attract, develop, and retain a diverse and inclusive workforce of an enterprise technology team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Educational/Certifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: 5 plus years' experience in Program Management, Security, Automation and managing organization change.
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with leading complex IT programs
  • Demonstrated results for delivery process improvements or technology implementation efforts
  • Knowledge and experience with security, identity, authentication
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to facilitate cross functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues
  • Ability to support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently
  • Ability to meet deadlines and ensure others meet deadlines with minimal oversight
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Agile delivery experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
