The Industrial Services Technician will perform maintenance activities on metal working tools and associated fluids. The Technician will work as part of a team to safely clean and execute preventive maintenance on various machines located within our largest industrial fluid customers. In additional to machine cleaning, they will be required to perform dilution and cleaning of various types of chemicals utilized in the metalworking process.




  • Removing, replacing, processing metal working fluids.
  • Removing and disposing of metal working fluids and associated debris
  • Following checklists, cleaning up, and mixing/confirming basic chemical recipes.
  • Setting up and operating moderately complex equipment.
  • Executing all work safely and proactively identifying areas to improve safety.
  • Keeps customer sites clean, safe & organized.


  • Education High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Licenses/Certificates Valid Driver's License


PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:



  • Labor intensive at external customer's facilities/buildings.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds independently.
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
  • Ability to maneuver about a job site including small spaces in and around equipment.
  • Awareness of chemical hazards and machinery pinch point hazards associated with working in an industrial environment at an external customer's site.
  • Working in a safe manner is a basis for employment at Lube-Tech.


WORKING ENVIRONMENT:



  • Work will be performed onsite at customer locations.
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle as needed.
  • Moderately high noise level work environment.
  • Occasional overnight travel (1-2 nights per month).
  • Schedule is Monday - Friday, but weekend hours may be required as business needs dictate. Weekend work would be rare.



The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $21.37 and $27.21 hourly. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:



  1. Experience and qualifications: The depth of relevant experience and specific skills you bring to the position.
  2. Education and certifications: Any additional qualifications that enhance your ability to succeed in the role.
  3. Market and industry benchmarks: We compare compensation packages with industry standards to ensure we are competitive.
