Chicago, IllinoisAdd to Favorite Jobs Email this Job The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Assistant Professor. Responsibilities include medical and surgical treatment of sleep apnea and the development of an integrated program with Sleep Medicine that will foster basic research, undertake clinical trials and ultimately achieve external funding. Qualified candidates will be certified in Sleep Medicine with a track record of expertise in sleep surgery. Must possess an M.D. and be board certified (or eligible for certification) by the American Board of Otolaryngology. Candidates should also have the academic credentials and experience that will support an appointment to the full-time medical school faculty as Assistant Professor. Rank is dependent on experience. The preferred candidate is a fellowship trained sleep surgeon. The start date is negotiable, and the position will remain open until filled.
