The Director of HR Strategy is a strategic leader responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the organization's goals, enhancing workforce capabilities, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement. This role partners with UMass Memorial's senior leadership and HR leadership to translate business strategy into actionable workforce strategies, focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation. The Director will drive data-informed decisions, ensure an inclusive environment, and lead cross-functional initiatives that support business growth, resilience, and a dynamic workforce strategy. The scope also includes supporting the corporate services function as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to address specific needs within that area. This position will require the incumbent to instigate, drive and implement change. Major Responsibilities
