The Opportunity

Are you a 2L and interested in finding out more about what it's like to work in an in-house legal department? Come join us at Adobe to get experience working on in-house projects. We're seeking candidates with strong academic records who demonstrate outstanding performance and have determined that they are interested in engaging in corporate transactional work upon graduation. As a Legal Intern at Adobe, you will experience the fast-paced atmosphere of corporate life at one of the world's leading software companies, while learning how each of our legal teams drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our entire organization. You will be exposed to Adobe values, which play a key role in Adobe routinely being recognized as one of the top global software companies for work experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Assist Product Legal with supporting the Digital Experience product teams as they develop and bring to market new technologies and product offerings.
  • Conduct legal research on a wide range of issues regarding existing and future products.
  • Collaborate with subject matter authorities in Adobe's Legal Department, including litigation, patent, antitrust, copyright, privacy, security, and licensing attorneys.
  • Contribute to drafting of agreements, including inbound and outbound technology licenses, product documentation, and partnership agreements in support of the Digital Experience product ecosystem.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Must be a 2nd-year law student current enrolled and in good standing pursuing the degree of Juris Doctor at an ABA accredited law school, with an expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026.
  • Must have a strong academic record and experience that demonstrates promise for a successful career in the legal profession.
  • Must meaningfully contribute to the culture and diversity of the law school student body and, upon entering the legal profession, the legal community.
  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May- September 2025.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $36.00 -- $44.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
