Primary Function
We are looking for a Trainer to support our training function. This person will be primarily responsible for teaching and guiding new hires during their onboarding period to ensure successful comprehension of production skills. Support will be primarily focused on our assembly-lines, then where needed by new projects implementation. Our Trainer is additionally responsible for continued development of team member's job knowledge and skill sets in training them on required skills needed for a specific role requested by supervisor. Qualifications
* 3+ years of work experience in manufacturing * Previous training experience preferred * Proficient in MS Office * Strong communication & excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to present ideas, concepts, issues, concerns, and questions in a well thought out, positive, and professional manner * Able to work productively and independently * Leadership skills such as but not limited to encouraging others and inspiring good work * A positive outlook and attitude in taking initiative and engaging in problem solving Education
