Power Platform Administrator
Raleigh, NC MUST: Experienced Power Platform Administrator 3+ relevant experience required Hands-on experience with the MS Power BI suite Experience with SharePoint Must have in-depth knowledge and expertise in various aspects of system design including but not limited to O365 digital collaboration Bachelor's degree required or an additional 4 years of work experience DUTIES: Operationally support the end-user experience in an O365 environment by monitoring 350 flows across three environments (Dev, Test, Prod) Monitoring the health of the flows and troubleshoot any errors in the flows Support troubleshooting and ticket resolution Monitor 84 apps across three environments (Dev, Test, Prod) Provide system support necessary for maintaining stability and reconfiguring the system where necessary to obtain maximum performance Consult on issues and growth of the Data Gateways including custom configurations to support the USPS environment. Monitor Power BI and Power App Usage to spot any security anomalies using the Center of Excellence (COE) or equivalent tool. Work with Ace Server Management on requests for additional Data Gateways Develop and maintain Power BI Dashboards Consult on Power Platform and Power BI Tenant settings Responsible for the day to day running of the On-Prem SharePoint farms (FWS and Lite Blue) Work with team to develop and execute a plan to move the farms to SharePoint online using various migration tools. Work with site owners to help transition the on-prem content to SharePoint online. Assist team in managing SharePoint online, including the systems that run on top of it.
