The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with business and technical teams to gather insights, understand current business processes, challenges, and opportunities, in order to help build and deliver advanced solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product delivery teams. You will participate in defining and communicating the strategic path for the platform components as well as the day-to-day decisions regarding product development and product releases. This includes using your knowledge of technology, processes, methodologies, and principles to lead product teams to successful outcomes. The ideal candidate must be customer-obsessed and have experience guiding Agile teams to build solutions from design to realization. They should be excellent at defining product objectives and outcomes, prioritizing features, managing timelines, gathering requirements, and communicating with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

What You'll Do:

  • Actively contribute to cultivating a robust customer-obsessed, product-led design culture.
  • Facilitate and drive alignment among key stakeholders and lead them to converge on creating a shared view of product priorities.
  • Drive the vision and delivery of new product features to support business growth and strategic priorities.
  • Develop and execute on product strategy and roadmap with clear timelines and deliverables
  • Works closely with product delivery counterparts to deliver with quick time-to-market value to customers.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of third-party technology platforms.
  • Prioritize product opportunities collaboratively with other product team members and engineering.
  • Define high-level customer requirements for the entire customer experience including product features and functions.
  • Works with users to understand and validate their needs.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions to gain valuable customer feedback on the product features and enhancements being developed.
  • Develop metrics to assess the success of new features and determine necessary enhancements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and leverage insights to identify opportunities and define requirements for product differentiation and innovation, while ensuring compliance
  • Collaborate with customers and team members to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of developing needs.
  • Continually assess the behaviors and needs of customers, emerging trends, and industry expectations.
  • Leverage insights to identify opportunities and define requirements for product differentiation and innovation, while ensuring compliance.
  • Function as the subject matter expert on assigned product family, including market conditions and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize the financial performance of digital banking products, balancing profitability with market competitiveness and customer value.
  • Understand technical issues well enough to make the right decisions about prioritizing not only new product features but also reducing technical debt or improving resiliency.
  • Support a comprehensive testing strategy, validating solutions through quality assurance and user acceptance testing feedback.

What You'll Bring

  • 5-7 years directly related experience in product or service development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in product development, requirements and risk analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, and financial planning and strategy
  • Experience working with SaaS providers
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework SAFe preferred
  • Working knowledge of product/work management and collaboration tools, such as Atlassian products, Miro and Planview
  • Financial product management experience - banking experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership presence with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders and all levels of management.
  • Successful track record in software/technology product management and delivering features in an iterative and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaboratively engage with leaders to create, identify, and implement solutions to further the effectiveness of the business.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills that bridge the gap between business and engineering teams.
  • Relentless focus on the customer with experience developing and prioritizing high-level product requirements that enhance the user experience.
  • Strategic, results-driven leader passionate about designing best-in-class digital experiences in commercial treasury management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a keen ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Sound decision-making, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Continuous learner about the future of digital experiences, solving for customers' current challenges and exploring future needs.

Pay Range: $126,100 - $168,125 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
