Position Description:
As a Clinical Program Coordinator II in Anesthesiology you will coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the program. Provide support to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program's goals.
Primary Functions
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the clinical program.
- Assist in scheduling providers in Qgenda and other support applications (EPIC, Spoke, etc.). Conduct or coordinate training for program participants.
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data around staffing to support operations. Provide input on workflow improvement projects around staffing providers within the Department.
- Maintain program timeline including tracking deadlines and program components.
- Assist in recruitment, interviews, onboarding and training of program staff.
- Report program data and progress to program stakeholders.
- Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of our clinical operations team.
- Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with community organizations.
- Collaborate on the development of program materials including onboarding, educational materials, Qgenda and scheduling platforms, forms, and reports.

Position Requirements:
Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Required Experience: 3 years
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred Experience: Healthcare experience, Clinical Operations
