Job Description: Baptist Health outpatient oncology, where compassionate care meets advanced treatment. At Baptist Health, we treat the whole person, offering hope and strength on every patient's journey.Radiation Therapist Full Time, Day Shift $30,000 sign on bonus for qualified individuals Must be able to be on call, including weekends and holidays, and flexible to work above standard hours to meet staffing needs. Under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist, the radiation therapist uses ionizing-radiation producing equipment to administer therapeutic doses of radiation as prescribed by the physician for each patient undergoing a prescribed course of radiotherapy. Other responsibilities include patient scheduling and education, maintaining treatment equipment and records, monitoring treatment area, and other duties as needed. This individual will be patient centered, exhibit technical expertise, possess good communication skills, and demonstrate a high level of team unity.
