MUST:

Experienced Clinical Manager - Office Manager

4 plus years of experience as a Clinical Manager - Office Manager within Healthcare

3 plus years of hands-on clinical experience

Must be certified, registered, or hold a Medical Assistant diploma


Must have experience with Phlebotomy

Must have experience work on EMR; knowledge of Epic highly preferred

Must have strong experience verifying insurance and handling prior authorizations

Must have experience handling and conducting high amounts of calls

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

Must have experience handling employee attendance

Must have experience managing overall office operations

Must have experience doing vitals

Spanish and English speaking highly preferred

DUTIES:

Clinical Manager - Office Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Triage patients

Prepare medical Records

Room Patients

Provide clinical help


Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries

Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone

Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding provider of service delays

Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area

Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records

Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information

Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs

Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information

Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Order medical and office supplies

Submit claims to insurance

Process company's response to claims

Delegate responsibilities

Assess employee performance

Perform data entry and processing

Formulate objectives and processes

Generate inventory records

Provide educational material for patients

Schedule appointments

Maintain medical records

Make deposits

Reconcile account information.
