Manager - System Pharmacy 340B Compliance

Provides operational accountability, management, and process development of the 340B program to ensure optimal operational performance in compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial standards. Performs ongoing analysis and audits of the program and data validation to ensure accurate and optimal performance.

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy with Current Oklahoma Pharmacy license
• Experience with data reporting and analytics including Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail and/or hospital pharmacy experience
• Previous work experience with Epic Electronic Medical Record and/or Oracle
• Health care billing experience
• 340B compliance work experience
• Completion of 340B A.C.E. Program (Apexus Advanced 340B Certificate Program)
• Experience with 340B statutes, compliance, guidelines, and policies
• Experience with 340B Third Party Administrator software
