Primary Function
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the productivity of the manufacturing department. The incumbent will direct plant production, development, and quality initiatives through management of equipment, materials, and the workforce. Focuses for short-term goals are improved production rates, on-time delivery, cost of sales, quality, and gross margin. Focuses for long-term goals are the formulation, planning, and implementation of strategies. Responsibilities
