Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Manager, IT Product Management in Dallas, TX: Job Duties: Lead a team of Product Managers and Analysts to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on strategic goals, and business feedback. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and requirements, and translate them into a clear product vision, solution, and roadmap. Act as the voice of the business during sprint planning, ensuring that engineering teams understand and deliver on business expectations. Mentor and guide PO and Analysts to iterate on product enhancements and innovations. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes. Oversee E2E (End-to-End) and UAT (User Acceptance Training) efforts, validating that deliverables meet quality standards and address user requirements. Play a key role in hire and fire process, and supervise direct staff and their work product. Manage team to assign appropriate tasks to meet deadlines and team goals. Telecommuting is an option. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field. Special Skill Requirements: (1) Driving business process design; (2) Requirements gathering; (3) Writing use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria; (4) Managing project initiation, execution, and deployment; (5) Building product roadmaps; (6) Conducting risk assessment; (7) Documenting as-is and to-be business process flows; (8) Defect/change tracking; (9) End to End test execution; and (10) UAT.
