DCS is recruiting for a Senior Acquisition Intelligence (AI) Analyst to support the Theater Battle Control Division (AFLCMC/HBD) at Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah. The Theater Battle Control Division is responsible for managing efforts focused on developing, acquiring, fielding, and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications and critical C2ISR (Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance) capabilities. These include Battle Management, Tactical Air Control, Air/Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air/Missile Defense, and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities.

The successful candidate will provide Acquisition Intelligence (AI) support that will technically and administratively contribute to the development of intelligence-sensitive programs within AFLCMC. This role involves addressing specific program intelligence requirements, assessing the impact of advanced threats, and resolving security issues to mitigate program and operational risks.

AI support will be integrated with program efforts through collaboration with program offices, product centers, and the Intelligence Community (IC). The role requires system engineering and technical analysis to inform major acquisition decisions, following acquisition guidance outlined in AFI 63-101, AFI 14-111, CJCSI 3312.01, Defense Intelligence Agency Instruction 5000.002, and DoDD 5250.01. All Acquisition and Advisory Support (A&AS) services must adhere to applicable DoD and AF guidance.

Candidates will need comprehensive knowledge of DoD, USAF, AFLCMC, and private-sector acquisition principles, guidance, and regulations. They will provide technical and analytical AI support as directed in annual intelligence support taskings from AFLCMC/IN and external PEO customers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Identify AFLCMC PEO programs that have Intelligence/ISR sensitivity.
  • Review, tailor and analyze Threat Assessments.
  • Review, tailor and analyze System Threat Analysis Reports.
  • Review, tailor and analyze Validated On-Line Life-Cycle Threats.
  • Review, tailor and analyze ISR dependencies and Requirements.
  • Review, tailor and analyze cross-program analyses.
  • Support technical Adversary Cyber Threat Assessments.
  • Support technical intelligence supportability analyses.
  • Review, tailor and analyze Information Support Plans.
  • Review, tailor and analyze Intelligence Mission Data.


Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Must have an active Top Secret Security clearance.

A High School High Diploma plus 15 years of directly related experience with proper certs and 8 years in DoD or a Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, science, or a related technical acquisition field and at least 12 years of experience, 5 in DoD in acquisition, intelligence, systems engineering or related scientific field within the DoD or intelligence community or in support of the DoD.

Desired Skills:

Master's degree in engineering, computer science, science, or a related technical acquisition field and at least 10 years of experience, 5 in DoD in acquisition, intelligence, systems engineering or related scientific field within the DoD or in the intelligence community or in support of the DoD.
