Job Duties: The Maintenance Manager will oversee safety management within the plant and quarry, providing weekly training and conducting required inspections of equipment and work sites. Daily responsibilities include providing observations and feedback communications to maintenance personnel to ensure adherence to safe work practices. This role requires the establishment of priorities for Plant Maintenance Operations, ensuring that maintenance and repair work is effectively scheduled and completed to maximize the uptime availability of plant equipment.
