Warehouse Supervisor Job Details 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM - 2 AM | Monday - Thursday (Plus Friday and Saturdays for overtime when scheduled) Pay | $21 per hour Requirements | 1 year of lead/supervisor experience + the ability to lift 50 pounds Be responsible for loading and outbound delivery functions, reviewing and changing the daily schedule, remaining a point of contact for communication between the distribution center and stores, training team associates, fostering a motivating work environment to encourage production goals, managing the performance of multiple associates, investigating route issues, losses, and delivery exceptions, and managing the outbound audit process.
