Requirements | High school diploma or equivalent + 2 years of previous experience + the ability to occasionally lift 25 pounds + the ability to work in an office near US-40

Pay | $18 - $20 per hour

Flexible Schedule | Monday - Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)

Administrative Assistant Tasks



  • Manage front desk operations
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide a positive experience for guests
  • Coordinate schedules/appointments
  • File and scan information
  • Other duties as assigned
