Job Duties: As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for always developing and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to offer timely communications and instructions while assisting with operations as necessary. You will manage documents for accuracy, ensuring that details such as dates, times, locations, counts, and related information are correct, and apply a basic understanding of transportation and service operations. Additionally, you'll update operational and customer transportation data in various software systems and applications, including purchase order details and shipping and logistics information.
