Network Operations Center Analyst

As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance to be considered.

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst supports a 24x7x365 IT operations environment, providing critical troubleshooting, system monitoring, and network performance support for a government customer.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Network Operations Center Analyst: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Network Operations Center Analyst Responsibilities Include:



  • Performing initial troubleshooting, analysis, and triage of reported events.
  • Providing support for hardware/software issues and ensuring system performance.
  • Managing service tickets, tracking problems to resolution, and maintaining customer contact records.
  • Communicating network status and escalating technical issues as needed.
  • Tracking and documenting tasks and providing daily team updates.
  • Assisting with account management and responding to security incident reports.
  • Developing workflows and standard operating procedures for the Service Desk/NOC.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned



Network Operations Center Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:



  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or 4 years of equivalent IT experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of IT-related work experience in a 24x7x365 environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures, identify process gaps, and work independently.
  • Familiarity with NIST NICE 800-181 standards (compliance required within 12 months).
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
