Enterprise Information Assurance Manager

As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance to be considered.

The Enterprise Information Assurance Manager oversees IA program activities, leading Integration and Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of NNSA OCIO information systems. This role coordinates and directs IA work across Cybersecurity Engineers, Analysts, ISSOs, ISSEs, ISSMs, CSSP Analysts, and Archer Administrators. Serving as the primary liaison to federal customers, the manager collaborates with leadership to align systems and processes across the NA-IM Enterprise.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Enterprise Information Assurance Manager: $150,000 to $180,000

Pay commensurate with experience.

Enterprise Information Assurance Manager Responsibilities Include:



  • Direct and oversee the activities of cybersecurity and IA teams, including Cyber Security Engineers, Analysts, ISSOs, ISSEs, CSSP Analysts, and Archer Administrators.
  • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Coordinate, plan, and implement IA strategies to secure critical information systems.
  • Align systems and processes across the NA-IM Enterprise to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with relevant DOE and NNSA cybersecurity requirements.
  • Achieve and maintain required NICE framework certifications for the role.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, briefings, and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet program objectives.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned



Enterprise Information Assurance Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (4 years of IT experience may substitute for a degree).
  • Minimum of 7 years in IT, Cybersecurity, personnel management, IT audit, or IT Risk Management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize various guidance into actionable plans.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Proven initiative and capability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, mentoring, and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
