This is a full-timeposition that can be headquartered in Topeka, KS or Ft. Worth, TX. Travel to Topeka, KS is required if headquartered in Ft. Worth, TX (approximately 25% and/or based on business needs).For certain positions, including this one, employees can work one day per week remotely. Key responsibilities may include: Responsible for providing primary HR support for the Topeka Mechanical Shop, Technical Research & Development, Workforce Management, and Technical Training Center located in Overland Park, KS, as well as other departments as assigned. Duties include, but are not limited to, recruitment, employee relations, talent management, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and various other HR processes supporting an exempt and union workforce. Experience multi-tasking in a high-volume matrix environment with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities is essential. Must be able to respond to tight timelines.
