We are looking for an experienced and dedicated program manager who has proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage the development efforts for large programs consisting of multiple projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to help guide the product development process.
• Review team progress to ensure timelines and commitments are met.
• Ensure development efforts are proceeding within budget expectations.
• Work with others to convert product vision and roadmaps into a development backlog.
• Manage development backlogs in Jira.
• Review and prioritize unplanned or unexpected work.
• Assist business and system analysts in documenting requirements and business processes.
• Determine schedules and coordinate deployments of new or updated functionality.
• Work with others to ensure successful documentation and implementation of products and systems.
• Review and incoming work requests including scope, estimates, and timelines.
• Determine schedule and roadmap impacts from new requested for work.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years Program Management background
• Strong facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated collaborative leadership skills; ability to successfully direct the work of others
• Experience in software development and/or business analysis
• Familiarity with change management/release management
• Experience using JIRA
• Familiarity with Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field OR equivalent experience

Essential Requirements:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Atlassian, Google suite, and Lucid Charts
• Relate effectively and work respectfully with diverse workgroups
• Ability to consistently perform well during times of increased workload
• Set and meet deadlines
• Manage multiple job functions simultaneously
• Other duties as needed
